The Seoul International Whistler Film Festival is

an international film festival that captures the stories of people who resist and

denounce justice, human rights, life,peace, the environment, and democracy;

who seek to reveal their inner pain, anguish, conflict, and absurdity; and who, in doing so,

change the world and create hope.
